The test starts with a 5-minute warm-up, then perform a series of sprints that increase speed with each round. Once you have warmed up sufficiently, set a stopwatch and accelerate 200 meters at full effort.

Grab the bar with a low grip (palms facing your body) with your arms fully extended. Next, perform as many push-ups as possible with good form, lifting your body up until your chin is above the bar.

Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor and heels touching. Then, while keeping your elbows out and hugging your abs, do as many crunches as you can in one minute.


Exercises can help improve movement and strength while decreasing pain. Your physical therapist or doctor will tell you when to start doing the exercises. They will also tell you how often to do them. You will need to start slowly to prevent further injury. You will go through several levels over time as you get stronger and more flexible.
